Bob was born and raised in Hillsborough. Attending school and graduating from the Hillsboro-Deering school system, Bob futhered his education by attending an area college where he majored in political science. After college he went to work for GTE/Osram Sylvania and traveled for them as a technician, till his early retirement after 31 years of service. Bob was then able to devote his entire attention to his passion of selling Real Estate. As a Realtor Bob strives to broaden his education by taking courses offered to him as a Realtor. The continuous education coupled with Bob's knowledge of the surrounding area allows him to better serve his customers and clients. Bob is married wth a wife Lou Ann and his two sons Chris and Cody. Lou Ann Rousseau

Lou Ann was born and raised in Hillsborough and continues to be involved in town activities such as on the Executive Board and Board of Directors for the Hillsborough Chamber of Commerce, Schnitzelfest Committee, Medical Center Scholarship Committee, Supervisor of the Checklist, Contoocook Valley Board of Directors and Professional Standards Committee, Realtors Political Action Committee and Sunshine Committee to name a few. She is married with two sons, Chris and Cody. She received her Real Estate license in 1990 and in 1993 received her brokers license. She has owned and managed her own Real Estate office and has managed other companies offices as well. She continues to remain updated with continuing education classes whenever possible and as new events take place in the Real Estate world.

Real Estate has always been a full time commitment for Lou Ann and she remains committed to giving both clients and customers her 100% attention whether it is in a listing or buying capacity. Her client base consists of 20 years of repeat customers and/or referrals from satisfied customers.

Peter Brigham

Peter is a graduate of the University of Maine in Orono and Springfield College. He earned his NH broker’s license in 1986 and has done on-site new construction and residential sales in the Concord, NH area. He is passionate and knowledgeable about distressed property acquisition and rehabilitation. In his spare time Peter works as a volunteer guardian ad litem (CASA) for abused and neglected children and also does special education advocacy. Peter is an excellent resource for children and families having worked for 10 years as the Director of Youth Services for the Town of Hillsboro. Peter is an avid marathon runner, fisherman and do-it-yourselfer.
